Webb3 apr. 2024 · Running sucked at first because when I ran the pace that I felt I should be able to run, my heart rate was in the high 160’s – every run was a tempo run. I slowed my running down to run at a heart rate of 140-150 bpm. Over the weeks my pace has improved from an average pace of 6:44/km (10:50/mile) to 5:46/km (9:29/mile).
