WebDec 5, 2016 · Mumm-Ra is an evil sorcerer who's dead-set on eradicating the ThunderCats in order to regain control of Third Earth. He often uses the Mutants of Plun-Darr and other nefarious characters to do his dirty work. But, as it turns out, Mumm-Ra is just another pawn on the dark side of the chess board. Captain Bragg (voiced by Bob McFadden) is an intergalactic ringmaster and bounty hunter who pilots a train-like spaceship called the Circus Train which he transports his captives to Wayout Back. Captain Bragg traveled to Third Earth and befriended Wilykat.
